- Review pricing options including, evaluation fee and price range for data recovery service
- Help you chose an appropriate service level based on the consultation
- Upon receipt of the signed service agreement, Core Data Engineers begin the actual recovery diagnostics

- Analyze media damage to determine condition of data
- Report on recoverable data typically within 12-48 hours depending on service level selected
- Provide quote with a guaranteed fixed price for data recovery service
2. Diagnostics
- Engineers perform repairs and recovery using of data using proprietary hardware, software and tools all developed at the Innovation Place research park
- Follow your recovery progress online in real-time using our customer portal. Track progress, monitor status updates and communicate with recovery service professionals and engineers regarding the details of your recovery
3. Data Recovery
- We deliver all recovered data to you on the media of your choice (external hard drive, FTP, CD, DVD, HTTPS, etc.)
- Return recovered data within time requested and based on service level selected by you
- Provide simple instructions on how to access and re-install recovered data
- Professional customer service and technical support staff available to help you access and re-install recovered data

CDR Core Data Recovery is located in the Concourse Building at Innovation Place.
Established in 1980, Innovation Place is one of the most successful university-related research parks in North America. Located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, the park is situated on 80 acres adjacent to the University of Saskatchewan, and builds on the institution's strengths in information technology as well as research & development in other fields such as agriculture, environmental and life sciences.
Our facilities feature state-of-the-art electronic security, automatic sensing systems, and high standards for energy efficiency. The premises are patrolled by security personnel 24/7/365 and our premises are monitored using advanced security alarm system and digital video security equipment. Building access is monitored and recorded. Each staff member is required to have criminal record checks and the data center access is limited to key staff only.

Innovation Place research park is home to the $300 million dollar Synchrotron which is just 2 blocks from our offices. Saskatoon is a geographically central city in North America and is a natural disaster free zone.
Our research park is also home to RADARSAT which is a key part of the Canadian Space Agency satellite program.
